Please note that the above schedule is subject to change.  We strongly recommend that all attendees arrive as early as possible to allow time for check in.  The event ends sharply at 3pm.  At that time all persons must exit the campus.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURE:

  1. Once you arrive at TJHSST, you will be greeted by our parking volunteers who will direct you to the “Senior Lot” near the cafeteria.  Overflow parking is available in the rear of the school.  No parking is permitted around the flag pole roundabout.
  2. Follow the blue balloons and signs to the registration area, which is the entrance near the cafeteria.
  3. Please present your ticket receipt and ID to obtain your wristband.  All attendees (including children over the age of 3) must have a wristband.  Alumni receive orange; all others are blue.

VOLUNTEERS:
Should you have any questions, please contact one of our 40+ volunteers throughout the campus.  They will be wearing a red-white-blue lei.

KIDS CAMP:
Kids camp will be located in two main areas.  For arts and crafts, please proceed to the College & Career Center (CCC) at any time after checking in.  For cartoon (Rated G/PG) movies, please proceed to the Library at any time.  Children will be lightly supervised by volunteers and not permitted to leave without their parent. Snacks will be provided.  All children not in camp must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

CLASS PHOTOS:
Please attend your class photo on time.  There will be no ‘retakes’ for late arrivals.

REUNIONS:
Food will be available throughout the event, but mainly in the cafeteria which will have stations for each year.  Please feel free to eat at your station or visit others. They will be well marked.

SCHOOL USE:
Please note that we (as alumni) are responsible for maintaining the condition of our school.  Please report all damages, spills or accidents to a volunteer as soon as possible.

SCHOOL TOURS:
School tours will depart from the registration area every 20 minutes, beginning at 11:00 AM.

PETS:
In accordance with Fairfax County codes, no pets are permitted on campus or in the building.

DONATIONS:
Please note, your ticket to this event is not tax deductible.  To make a donation to the Alumni Association or to the Partnership Fund, please see a volunteer at the registration table.  Our goal is to raise $10,000 at this event, and as a result of generous donations during ticket pre-sales, we have reached nearly half of that goal.

FIRST AID & LOST-AND-FOUND:
For basic first aid and lost-and-found, please report to the registration desk.
