& Class of 2007 Welcome Party

Event Information:
The 3rd Annual Alumni Association Tailgate & New Member Welcome Party is a great way to reconnect with your fellow alumni and meet new friends. Join your fellow alumni in Parking Lot "8" at RFK Stadium for a fully catered pre-game tailgate party. Then, watch the Washington Nationals as they take on the Colorado Rockies at 3:55 PM. This event is open to all alumni of TJHSST, which includes members of the class of 2007. Alumni may bring as many guests as desired, provided all guests have pre-registered and prepaid for the event. This is a "family-friendly" event.

Location:
RFK Stadium in Washington, DC (2400 East Capitol Street, SE Washington, D.C. 20003). Click here for directions. We'll be located in Parking Lot 8 along the river. Look for the TJHSST Banner. We suggest arriving early, as there will be fewer cars, easier parking, and it will be easier to find the group.

Date & Time:
Saturday, July 21st, 2007 @ 2 PM. The tailgate finishes up at 3:30 and game time is 3:55 PM.

Tickets:
All attendees must have a prepaid ticket and register for this event by July 10th, 2007. Sorry, but there will be no walk-in tickets available. Tickets must be purchased in advance via PayPal, check or money order. If you do not have a PayPal account, you may send a check/money order payable to "TJHSST Alumni Association" with "Tailgate 2007" written in the memo. Checks MUST be received no later than July 10th to guarantee space. Tickets are $20.07 per person for the full event and $10 if you wish to attend only the tailgate party.

Refunds/Cancellations:
Please note that ticket sales are non-refundable, even in the event of a rain-out, as we will have already mailed out tickets. If the game is cancelled, you may exchange your ticket through the box office for a future date. Once you purchase your ticket, it will be mailed to you after July 10th but before July 20th. Sorry, but we cannot refund tickets after they have been mailed out. By purchasing a ticket you agree to this policy.

Tickets sales for this event have ended. You may still purchase a ticket online to attend the tailgate and then purchase a game ticket at the box office on your own. If you choose to do this, use the link below. Tailgate-only tickets will be $20.00 at the door versus $10.00 pre-sale below.
