About the Event

We encourage anyone who plans to enjoy the open bar to stay at the Westin, or at a metro-accessible hotel. Our group rate of $129/night at the Westin expired on October 29th, 2008 but other rooms may still be available. If you're driving to the event, valet parking can be expensive. We suggest parking at the Ballston Mall garage and walking over. Or Metro into Ballston-MU and walk to the Westin. [Aerial view of the Westin.]

In the F. Scott Fitzgerald Ballroom there will be some tables and chairs near the walls and a dance floor in the open space. There will be live music, hors d'oeuvres, an open bar, and smiling classmates to share the evening. There will be no sit-down dinner. Instead, dance, drink, talk, nibble on finger food or any combination of the above!


Attire

We suggest semi-formal attire (think of what you wore to homecoming or spring formal), but as long as you've paid for a ticket, we're not going to stop you from coming in your best 90s high school attire.
